lets hope this is in a OK spot

Ok guys I would like a free email account because of the lame comcast.net guy did not set up the email part. just set it for windows default program. I tried to get it up and running. But don't know what a few things are. I try to have my wife call ( the cable is in her name) but that does not help, She seems to miss a step. We just switch from dsl. So can't even get emails from you all right now.
