No, all it depends on is the eqipment.
I batteled far to many noobs who dont know how to play good, but because of they eqipment their manage to kill you. (pure fact)

The equipment depends on the player in my opinion...obviously some newer people have nice friends, but they aren't noobs if they can take you out...part of dueling is the skill with dueling.

Not sure if anyone has said this yet, but fire druid do NOT suck. I made one, wasn't even complete and he was awsome. I got up to 5k fissure and 8k firestorm, it was funny because people said my fissure sucked *** so i walked up to em and did a piddly little firestorm and watched their lifes smoothly drop to didlly squat.

fissure is one helluva move in duels. of course resist + a tiny bit of sorb owns it. anywayz altho singer barbs blow they are the funnest chars ever to duel. i love laughing at the zealers and stuff that try to get near u when u have 200%+ fcr and cast like non stop. stun stun stun stun stun stun stun stun zeal stun sutn stun stun stun stun stun stun stun stun stun finally death for the zealot a week later. Summon druids can be pretty good. they can get like 20k+ life and their dmg can own the best of barbs and shape druids (high life examples) i tried my fireclawer on one and it was ownin me and btw my fireclawer does not suck he can any class if they get too close. i couldnt dmg it much took 33 hits to kill with 16k dmg i mean hell if it can take that much and own 5k life in 3-4 hits i see him pretty worthy of being called good. Beast+enigma+cast rate+skill shit = ownage in duels.

Wizzard spike works very well for fireclaw druides because of fcr, high base attack speed, 75 all resist and some bonus to mana.

look trogdor, a person doesnt have to be very skilled to teleport up to u and spam tornadoes. that is what almost all wind druids do. thats why i despise them and dont make them. And Warslut... go FIRE druids!! they are way better for damaging opponents and they arent little cheap *****es.

Skill makes a player, not equipment. I've given people decent equipment before and stripped my character practically naked for a duel.. and won.

Then again, I'm not a good PVPer and they're worse anyway. :/ But still, they had enough of an advantage to of killed me easily.

With a mass fire build instead of mass physical build, firestorm can easily do up to 13k+ if you use it right.
