Exile is more or less of a shield for Melee pallys, since it has huge defence, blocking, chance to cast Life tap (easy leech) and defiance. If you are building a caster pally, use Herald. +Skills = high damage. It also comes with great resists, and much more.

For any type of Melee pally a Eth Exile. For any casters pallys Hoz

I would perfer Eth Exile for a zealot because you can get a good auto-mod on the Pally shield such as +101-121 To Attack Rating, +51-65% Enhanced Damage (50) Although this is pretty rare to get a good 4 sock eth one.

Also, note the usual automod of resists. Very helpful, but expensive.

hoz gains 0 defence when u upgrade it. Unless ur a smiter this just makes the lvl + str req much higher so it is a *****. Waste of Lem Ko P diamond and a good hoz. After Upg its like lvl 68 or so and like 165 or so str or sumthin
