photo shop 7 help needed

o need help with abode photoshop 7.

first of all, how do u make animations on it?
second, how do u get those cool colors.
and it would be ezer for me if someone told me how to do these things b/c i understand it better than the tutorials.

1. Go to Image Ready to do animation(s).

2. After you write your text, highlight it, on the toolbar on the top-right there should be Black (If that's your foreground colour) Click on the box, and simply select a colour.
