i need help with photo shop!!

i got photo shop 2000 SE and im wondering if its possable to change the size of a .gif with it .if not tell what will plz!!

umm you should get photo shop cs 8.0
and to change it right click it and click free transform but you need to link all the layers together.

by size im guessing u mean to acyually make it look bigger. do Image>Image Size and type in ur desired size.
