Progression Suggestion...

My character is a level 49 paladin with completed normal and all to Tools Of The Trade and i`ve got Str:135,Dex:90,Vit:80,Energy:15 (of course).
I have put 1 point in all of defensive auras and 1 point in all of Offensive auras except Fanaticism-3 and Holy shock-3 and nothing in sanctuary or conviction.in combat i`ve got:Sacrifice-2,Smite-1,Holy Bolt-1,Zeal 6,Charge-2,Vengeance-2,Blessed Hammer-2,Conversion-1,Holy Shield-2,Fist of heavens-1.
Equipment-Steel Runeword flail and Ancients Pledge paladin shield thingie...others don`t mather `cus all of them are rares.
So i need some suggestions hints pointers whatever, because leveling is hard and please tell me what should i do with my character how to build him what runes and equipment should i search for and what monster should i kill....
PLEASE!!!!

P.S.I`m not a noob in fact i`ve played diablo since it came out (6 years ago i think) and my gaming expirince got ruined by those GO*DAM* Faqs (which i got thousands) and i would really apreciate some help.

You've been playing diablo for 6 years? If you have, you shouldnt need to ask these questions, but anyways read the guides... http://www.d2sector.net/forums/showthread.php?t=1722

perhaps a general guideline, this is what i've always used. normal Baal (minions and baal) until 50-55, and then complete all of nightmare by being rushed by a friend; then nightmare baal runs (minions and baal) until 70-75, then complete all of hell with a powerful friend, and then Hell Baal runs (minions and baal) until you reach 99. that's the most basic one that i know of, but there are other more complex ones dealing with pindleskin and mephisto and the pit and various other areas. hope that helps with the leveling scheme, but you'd be best off checking the guidelines in this forum, like silent_killers said. good luck.

Now see...That`s the problem i can`t get my hands on some equipment and be rushed `cus of two things:
1:I don`t own the original Diablo II because i live in Macedonia and i have to travel miles before i can get my hands onto one.
2:My internet conection is dial up (56/K).(I ordered adsl conection but i`m waiting for it for two months)

So what i mean is SINGLEPLAYER help needed....
