character being expired when played with for numerous hours

ok this is a question for all you smarties out there. I have been playing with a character for (sorc) for a very long time infact today i played for like 6 hours. now when i exited out of Battle net everything was fine. But when I went back into to play again it said in red letters ( character expired ). Ok like what does this mean because i play every day and its been more than 2 hours. Also i play diablo 2 LOD please can you explain why it says this. Oh yes this does not stop me from playing i just want to know why it says this when i go to play...

i would suggest asking someone in the blizzard help chat, but they don't do much...

log out the account, restart the computer, and relog on... and pray =p

gamepro miller u dumb*** if u cant help dont say anything, your just spamming and stop or i'll tell spitfire, how long after u signed of since u went back on? cause if its like a week then if it said 11 days left, under her name a week will make her expired but dont worry she musn't have been very good

and somebody might have banned you

all my chars are expired and i can still play them all they have been expired for a long time too

it really isnt a problem unless yuou camt play your chars so just a suggestion is not ot worry and play
