Hey, this may be a stupid question but ;]
What do the letter and numbers beside the name's of items mean with FM's cracked version of the new maphack....like "Gull Dagger(L11)" All of them start with L. I figured it was the level of the monster that drops the item...but I may be wrong...inform me please
thanks ;D

Those little letters and numbers are indicators of the item lvl of the monster tha dropped it. Like Gull [L11] would mean that the gull was dropped by a monster that drops L11 stuff. I don't know which one does, but I would imagine something in act 1 norm. In other monsters, you can get up a max item lvl of 99 (hell nihlathak i think) and pindleskin drops like, 87 (though he should be dropping a higher #). This was originally a way of detecting dupes, as most/many dupes have a ilvl of 10 since they arent really dropped by the game. Thats not to say that duping hasnt gotten around that, I haven't tested it enough to know very well.

Why use maphack anyway? Its not that hard to get to places on your own. And I think that L11 means that level 11 is the minimum level that a monster has to be to drop that item, not the monsters actual level.

yeah, we go to Spokane Community College in Spokane, Washington. We use the library computers, so I can look at his screen to see in advance what he's typin 'n stuff... and he can do that to me, too, so hes basically just spamming.
