Europe HC clan, any1 up for it?

Hey, i'm thinking of starting play diablo again but it's kinda boring without a clan or a fixed party. I though maybe we could make a clan then? Hardcore Ladder europe. I would prefer kinda fresh starting players but ofc some good too, but not the godly ones xD
