connecting to b.net

hi when im starting up d2 it gets stuck at connecting to b.net and it been like this for 2 days and im worried im going to lose all my mules and they have high runes and them like ist n stuff and i havent restored them for w while if any of you can help i would appreciate it

okay, go to ur login screen and change realm, and if it works there, then try urs. if it dont work, come back to me and ill show u antoher way to do it.

You havent gotten a realm down recently and been temp banned have you? That could be the reason why. Then again they should notify you of these things.

A realm down also wouldn't last for 2 days.

i tried switching realms and it still gets stuck on connecting to b.net

Are you on dial up, DSL, SAT or cable? Its possible your connection is so horrid that it can not maitain an adaquate connection to Bnet to connect.

i checked everything and the cable is fine because ive been playing on b.net on cable for a long time i checked over everything
