put 1 point into teleport, warmth and a cold armor
and finish with cold mastery

armor: ptopazed ire
weapon: occy or ali
shield: lidless or mf shield or splendor or rhyme
belt: goldwrap
rings: 2 sojs or perf nagels
boots: travs
gloves: perf chance guards
