Yea its possible to edit existing D2Hackit Modules, I think I have heard of a program that you can do it in but i dont remember the name, But to answer your question. Yes, You can edit d2hackit modules if you know how to program.

just go search on google or something for a program to open that specific file type...btw I thought that the d2hackit mod's were writtin in python?
