monster index?

I was using zonfire on open bnet to edit a tomb reaver, so it has a chance to reanimate another kind of monster besides returned.

it uses a number instead of a name to represent a monster type (returned is "1", horror is "4" etc.). my question is, does anyone know of a listing that shows what each number corresponds to in the monster index?
