Kiras Guardian

This tiara provides "Cannot Be Frozen" and much resist. If you gonna trade for it, get it with at least 65% resist all. With "Um" in it, you have plenty of resist, and that is a good thing. Even though it have high value, its worth getting.
If you cant get Kiras Guardian, you shoud go for another helm, but dont worry about DMG reduce, since a Verdungo 10-15% CoH and a Stormshield 35% wich gives 50% wich is max.
Jade Talon

This claw is a defence claw, and since you are going to use your boots for attacking, the important thing about your weapon is that it is at use. By providing skill+, FHR, ML and very much resist, it becomes the best claw you can use. The thing you shoud put in, is a matter of beeing rich or poor. In this build i think a KO rune is the best you can socket in your weapon since it will give ATR and block rate. However, if you are thinking of maybe use this claw for WW later, you shoud put a Um in it instead, since it gives better fighting abillity.
If you cant get this claw, then you shoud get a Bartuc. It is easy and cheap to get and it hase nice stats.

Indestructible
A shield wich give great "DMG reduce" and have some resists. It also provides more strenght, so if you can wear this item, you can wear another item wich reqire 186 str. It comes in handy when you gonna wear Shadow Dancer. Put a "Um" in it and you have some nice resist from the shield.
If you cant get this shield, then maybe another Jade Talon will help you out. This reqires that you have some points in claw block. You shoud try to reach at least 60% block in that case.

This armour provides LL, Stenght, much resists, DMG reduce and skill+. The perfect armour for you. In a Arcon Plate it only needs 103 Str to wear and give 20 str. In other words, Arcon plate gives best defence for as little str as possible.
You say you have enigma, so try trade your enigma for a CoH Archon Plate and another item maybe. Enigma is worth more than CoH.

Gloves with low str reqirements and give much str. Gives open wounds wich is adorable and much LL. The life trap rarely comes, but when it does come, its your best friend.
This is a must for gloves or else you shoud try to at least get Soul Drainer wich aint nearly as good.
Verdungo's Hearty Cord

A belt wich gives FHR, life and DMG reduce. The only better belt for you is a bugged belt called "bugged siggards" and its only in europe its common. You are in non-ladder so bugged items are all over the place.
Shadow Dancer

The boots with best kick dmg and have good stats. FHR, skill+, FR/W and very much dexterity wich helps your ATR and Block Rate.
The only alternative here is Upgraded Gore Rider because of its stats and dmg it will get.
There are some Ladder-Only items, but they also exist in non-ladder. Everytime ladder restarts, all ladder characters becomes non-ladder, and so will the items they have on themself. Thats the way Ladder-Only items can be used in Non-Ladder.
I dont expect you to have all the best eqipment, but at least it can be a goal for you to get it.
The chance for you screwing up your assasin is 90% sure, and you will never make it right before you either learn how it shoud be done or have a step by step leveling guide.
Get the items told in this post, and start leveling your assassin.
