Question about finding RUNES

I have a question about how she drops runes.
I know she can drop up to vex #26 If u kill her fast is it like meph where a unique elite item is checked in the game, then it calculates it and calculates a lower unique and keeps going down like in runes. as it would calculate vex then drop to gul then drop to ist and keep going down untill it drops a rune or does the speed of her being killed not matter? btw i did 25 countess runs i got 5 hel 5 fal 2 ko and the rest shael and she doesnt always drop a rune when u kill her. ive killed once and only found a flawless diamond

heh... comon why waste pul? i know you can get another but the only reason you would do that is dclonin. just use laying of hands, black hades(unique choas armor) and high dmg and your good to go. mean why have x9.4 dmg when you can kill countessin secs.
