Hes also missing fortitude. From what i can tell this zon sucks ***. 1 Charge will rape her, and any elem char will too. If your planning on using mainly Javs why not make a pure javazon? Its a waste to put points in multi shot when A.) It hardly ever hits B.) You use it to slow people down.

First of all, you have enough dex to hit pretty much anything and secondly, multiple shot is used mostly when your fight monsters that are immune to lightning. Download this zon and you will see that it roacks.

Don't jump the gun on him guys. Have you tried it yet? It seems to do very well.

He can change a few gear choices here and there, but I'd say it's a good build none the less.
