Niren Help PLZ

I am having a problem with niren andy bot I downloaded it and extracted it to my diablo 2 folder. Then i fixed the ini for my settings. Now i hit run and a thing pops up and says "please verify that your diablo II expansion Disc is in your CD-ROM Drive, Then Click Retry" But my disc is in the cd rom drive. Can YOU PLZ TELL ME WUT IM DOING WRONG:confused:
