Hex editing and the auras.

I decided to look into the hex editing helper on the front page, and i scrolled down to the area where it says what the numbers are for the auras. Now i was wondering, if i took a normal small charm, deleted all magical attributes, then opened it up on hex edit, could i hex it to where it has every aura available, or do i have to have a charm/item for every aura?
