Good necro? And good guide for it?

Ok I have just made a new character, a Necromancer. What is a good king of Necromancer to make and what should I put into it for skills and stats?

But don't make one unless you're decently rich and can afford storm circlet and a 20fcr +2 circlet. I made one before I could afford Storm circlet, and my cast rate was about 80. Even though I had 10 gcs, my cast rate was low, and my necro wasn't that good in duels. Now my necro has 130 fcr, and does considerably better. Poison is good also, but you have to curse them first, and you have to hit them at least twice for a kill. Summoners/bone hybrids can be good, but it gets annoying summoning all of the time, and my bone necro can summon 15+revives and 6+ skeletons each just with the +skills

just so u know, the only way to get 10k bs is if u somehow get lvl 70-80 bs (with all synergies maxed), which is obviously impossible. u gotta be pretty damn strong just to get 6k bs.

My Bone Necro is extremly godly cost me about 60 Hi Runes UsWest ScNL, he has a pretty nice nec circlet, but what is a "Storm Circlet"

Its godly ammy 20fcr +2 nec skills res, and +mana and life. Basially same as fletch, except crafted, and has +nec skills and no res all (No psn)
And 10k is impossible, with 2 sojs, i did about 5.9k-6k bs, with circlet. That's pretty much the highest you can get. I don't ahve dfore, but i don't think it would bump you up that much to have 10k. With 1 10%fcr 17 str ring i do 5.8k

i think summonmancers own, u have bone armor along with ur skeles and ur pretty tought. bout only thing that could kill mine was ne sorc. but wat ever u want to build u should.
