Maximum MF and stuff with HeroEd

Hey,

Whats the max numbers of MF and attack rate and movement speed b4 it goes back down to 0? Whenever I fill up my inv with charms I always go back to 0mf and none of the % bonuses.

Hero editor is for Open. MF does not go to zero ever on Closed, unless you have zero MF.

attack rate and other stuff goes to normal too. I really want that stuff to be max'd

what for? If you edit a character, you don't need att rating/mf, just give them the items you want them to have, and hack their stats to they have awesome holy freeze and kill by walking.

max amount of mf is limited to how good ur are with hero editor. basically u can have like 690% mf per clvl at lvl 99 just on 1 stat then 150% mf and then mf based on time all on one item to get like 1k mf per item/charm/jewel.

to get max movement speed make 1 small charm with -20% run/walk and copy it to make 9 scs, once u have -180% faster run/walk and no items that add + to run/walk u move very fast. and as for attack rate try using % to attack rating attribute on items and ur attack rating should skyrocket.
