I need to know how to make your holy Shock over lvl 31 "when you put the iteam on" I have seen Iteam with like lvl 250 and a friend has a lvl 536..ERR Could some one help me out here. If hero Can't do it just let me I might be wastin my time.

Anything that shows up on your skills list has a maximum level of 99. This means you can't use: Skill level attributes, non-class attribute, and charged attributes. The only way to use skills at levels that high is through the "Skill on..." attributes. Just stick one on some armor and and stick the same thing on a bunch of jewels and place them in the armor and you'll have a level that high.

I did that and i can get a lvl 124 Armor with 31's and 3 Jewels. But How do you get the iteam to socket more then 3 times

add extra sockets in the magical attributes spot.

You can also increase the level of the item to 99 and make it a unique to add more sockets to it
