My mom planned on doing it with TaxACT Online but their site is too hard for her to navigate. And it also doesn't respond. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone else knew of e-file sites.

try www.irs.org I belive that site will have a list of e-file places.

Sinner in my case it's called military pay and 3 kids. Okay I'm not that old my oldest is 5.
