Because he was banned REPEATEDLY, and keeps abusing the forums. It is illegal no matter where he does it from. I've already sent emails to his school and his local PD. His parents should be getting a phone call one of these days soon.

Good Job Cheshire. LilKids was annoying and I am happy he is gone. (Especially since he made the same sig repeatedly. Kept using that ice cream truck and he made it with the same concept about 5 times. [Yes I am rarely in this part of the forum. I'm always in graphics. I have no email address that is NOT free. So essentially I am banned for not wanting to use my ISP email? I will not use my work email because then my work email would get flooded with new post emails. I have a hotmail,yahoo and gmail account. Those are the only ones I have. Can I use ANY of those?

There is an option in your settings where you can turn off e-mail notifications.
