ATI CCC not showing

I decided to download the new ATI 5.2 Catalyst drivers since they got awsome reviews, but when i try to open the catalyst control center, nothing happens.

It pops up on the task manager, then dissapears.

I have the .net 1.1 framework, but i dont have SP2, which they said you should have, but i dont think thats the problem,

btw im runnin a 9800 pro, n used omega drivers b4. Ive reinstalled the drivers n it still doesn't work.....

If it says you should have SP2 then I would GET SP2. It take awhile to d/l and install but so far I have had no fatal errors or anything because of it.

if im not wrong sp2 comes with drivers too...
