I want a Barbarian that can cast Chain Lightning and can Raise Skeletons.
What editor should I use to create an item that could give ANY character those desired skills. I used Jamella but the best I can do was create Items that has Chain Lightning with a maximum of 233 charges but that's not good enough for me. I want something either infinite or at least eats some mana, i don't want charges.

I'm still using a LOD 1.09v path.
Actually I saw it happen before, but I don't know how the girl that gave me that item made it.
But you can't use ALL spells properly since If you're a barb and you used Asn' ShadowMaster, the game will hang.
But Chain Lightning, Raise Skeletons and Chill Armor are fair game.

Use Zonfire (hero editor). It has the "Non-Class Skills" attribute that allows you to use skills without charges and use your mana instead; but, it adds itself to your original skills rows. IE: Raise Skeletons is on the 4th skill row when using a Necro. If you give a barb that skill, it'll add itself to the 4th row instead of the 5th where the skill charges appear. So you gotta allow enough space for you to shortcut it and/or select it.

The "Non-Class skills" is under the Skills category when selecting attributes for the item. I don't know if it was on v0.66, don't even know why you have it when there is a newer version.

i take it you play 1player only?
Most of the time.
But sometimes I play in a Lan Game with a few friends. We use 1.09D.
