P.S. Which begs the question... Where do most people get there 3 socket armor? Find it... buy it at NPC... make it... trade for it...

sometimes you can find nice armors from those armor racks scattered around the world of D2. for example, after you run meph, go check both the armor rack to the left and the weapon shrine to the right. also throughout the forgotten tower (the tower with the countess) have several of them scattered throughout the 5 levels. i'll keep an eye open for a 3os dusk though, sorry i don't have one now. i had just posted to give you some of the info you requested.

A friend of mine found some 3 socket mage plate, so I am good to go for now. Now I just have to find him a 6 socket colossus sword/blade...
