Moving Out~!!!

i was just wondering if any one know's how old u must be to move out of ur parent's home in the state of Georgia.....:confused:

Yeah. While it is beyond me why you don't just look it up on Google or Jeeves... It would probably be 18, like Messiah said.

18 is the age at which you can move out of your parents house without them being able to do anything about it. Now duely note you can move out all you want but there are still some legal troubles of getting to KEEP anything you take with you. If you are under the age of 18 and still want to move out you can aquire yourself a public defender to represent you in court where you would be asking the judge due to midigating circumstances that you be granted the status of adult and allowed to move out of your parents house.

Yay a fellow Georgian, Anyways you can legally move out on your own to your own place at 18, but you are able to move to a friends house to live if you go to court about it. Friend of mine moved to a friends place at 16.

Legally, 16. You can sign some paper releasing your parents control over you, but it also releases the liability. So if you break the law bad enough, your parents won't be there to bail you out. It's off to the REAL cells.
