Trang Set Problems

I recently got full Trang's for my necro and i noticed my fcr gets cut drastically and its really pissing me off.. but one more thing is that the run and walk speed for trangs is the same so you can have running speed at walking.. i bet there more but i cant find them. Anyone know why this is?

Because trangs is coveted for some people so much they will give anything. They had to make it less powerfull so they made fcr go to about -123412341234123412341234124321352436512435123423412341234. The run/walk speed is nice, i like it i remember it being faster than w/o (but i was more of a noob then)

There are a few trang set glitches. Blizzard is aware of the cast rate issue, as it sets to default fcr. They said they will try to fix it in later versions.

I hope so.. but they keep stalling with the new patch/ladder reset so we never know when they are gonna do it.
