This is like, the funnest build out there.Why?B/c if you are losing in a duel, you can just run away at like light speed 
. This build is also good for rushing, seeins how you tap an enemy and u turn into flash gordon.
Gear(Major poor style):
Head- Arreats face if you can get one.
Armor- Twitch is fun and provides block(Easy to get)
Weapon 1/2- Fast Bhammer or flail.
Switch- +3 to wc(warcry) item.Usually I get them in javalin form.
Gloves- A pair with increased attack speed and other ups if possible.
Boots- Something with 40% increased walk speed.Vid's are easy to get.
Belt- One that has ups to suit your needs.
Ammy- Angelic wings.
Ring L- Angelic halo.
Ring R- Cath seal b/c of its life steal.
Skills:
20 Frenzy
20 D-swing
20 Shout
20 Battle orders
10 or more into a weapon mastery of choice(I STRONGLY suggest using mace mastery)
1 Battle command(for +1 skill lvl)
1 into all required prereqs
When you attack an enemy, a burst of run,walk speed, attack rating, and damage will occur. This lasts 6 seconds. In Player Vs. Player, frenzy is a very annoying skill to say the least lol. Have fun and realize that this is a very good beggner build, but is also fun for a veteran. Just replace the noob items with better ones as you get better.
