i tested this build on single/open
this is a cheap build using crappy items and gets about 2.3k-10k-12k dmg

rest salvation (u'll need)
helm: gallaumes face
weap: Bonehew
armor: corpsmourn
gloves: Mangus skin
boots: waterwalk
Belt: Tgods or string of ears
ring a: angelics
ring b: angelics
ammy: angelics
this is not a perfect guide because you'll have zero resistance in normal nm is in the negatives and hell is like -80 or -100 on all so try to get resistance sc's or a bunch of life charms
