i thinked this is a bugged item im not sure because sum1 told me there are 3 types of valors and this is one of them
+2 assassin skills
+1 druid skills
+2 barbarian skills
+2 paladin skills
+1 necromancer skills
+2 sorceress skills
+1 amazon skills
+174% enhanced defence
+42 vitality (based on character lvl)
damage reduces by 11
cannot be frozen (cham'd)
if i new how to post pictures i would
