Go to http://www.d2mods.com, sign up to the forums, and teach yourself. There is also some helpful tutorials, and some mods you can download there too.

yea u pretty much just got to teach urself. with alot of patients and a bit of luck u can eventually make a decent 1 Smile
its not quite as hard as u think at first.
