I've looked in the guides and i have used the search tool to look for a fire sorc so ... can anyone please provide me with a pure fireball and energy shield character buid? Also if you could make the build where she does not depend on charms and has high resists w/ almost perfect fcr.

The first three sorc guides are either pure fire of fb/orb sorcs. Are those not good enough for you?

well i don't really want to have mixed ele skills i like sticking to one ele for each char
and as for fo and fb when i recreated it i use fo more than fb so no that one isn't usefull when i want to use fb

Well the point of having both orb and fb is so you dont have to get the facets, IMO.
There is also a pure fire sorc in the sorc guides. Just use that.
