Yup, I just quit d2.

Why, you ask? I'm glad you did. It's because Blizzard Entertainment screwed me out of a full character of items. How did they do that? Well, first -

I went into a dueling game, and got killed once by a trap assassin covered in bone walls.
My character is strength bugged, so to be able to pick up my whole body in one shot, I equip my enigma, and run outside, only to be NK'd by the trap assassin.
I get pissed, and rejoin the game. I grab my body, and only my enigma is there.

Here's a list of the shit I lost, so no one asks.

Panta your goingto quit because one chars items were lost? Don't cry over it. I've lost whole accounts because nobody on battle.net is trustworthy, and even my friends that livelike right down the street steal from me. I'm sure you have alot more than just that.

You're right, I do have alot more stuff than that. I'm quitting because Blizzard ****ed me. I wouldn't have been as pissed had I lost my items to some random person, because at least my items still exist and getting them back is a possibility.

I've lost more than that, I play ladder so every ladder reset I get pissed off.. but I just give away all my items and start over.

I doubt someone who would beg for items right off the bat to someone who is quitting because he got screwed over would all of his ladder items away when it resets.

You could probably start back up man, everyone gets scammed a couple times.

Thanks pant, but I know what you mean.. Blizzard does shit to me all the time. I xfer with myself because I don't trust anyone, and I've lost so many items due to R/D....



Edit: And no reaper I was just messin around, I don't care if Pant gives me anything or not, its his items he can do what he wants with them. And I don't lose any items at the ladder reset, I just hate nonladder.... alot...

Nah. I didn't say anything, but a couple of my mules expired and I lost about 90 runes. All I have now is a few characters with stuff on them and about 20 runes.

It's not the fact that my gear was worth alot, it's that I worked hard for it, and now it's all gone - and it only took a matter of seconds. Screw you, Blizzard.

I honestly don't know how that happened, everything you read on blizzards sites and manuals ect. They say you are allowed up to 16 corpses at one time, and when you exit the game the corpse containing the items with the most worth (measured with gold) will be saved.

Anyways Pant just leave a bot on for awhile and keep trading.. It shouldn't take you that long to get everything back. Just dont' quit because Battle.net was designed by douchebags.

It's not that easy though... I worked insanely hard for everything I had. It would be hard to go back to a game that I know is just going to **** me over again, like it has always done to me. Gah, I don't even know what to do.
