Run Spybot Search & Destroy, Lavasoft's Ad-Aware and Microsoft's Anti-Spyware Beta.
It's also better if you take your HD out of your infected system and scan it with a seperate system. Running AntiVir/Free Av, AVG, Norton or any other commercially available software helps too. Or just backup your important documents and do a reinstall of your OS.

Control alt delete, look into your task manager, and click processes. It usually shows every single process that is taking place on your computer. If there is anything that looks like it doesnt' belong. Then you probably have it.
Usually the process names are self explanitory. |
