I would like the opinion of someone with elemental pvp exp. Im in the making of a PvP elemental druid, Should i use spirit monarch or shael'd ss.

Use a Spirit Monarch vs. Casters, and the SS vs. melee. You'll have enough strength for both, and you'll need to use both.
