the other day i bought a color to change my user name to black, & i used 000000 as a code, cuz i read from some thread somewhere here.. i think it didnt work.. i check the recent purchase history & it says there i purchase it but theres no color.. did i did it wrong??
(im not sure if i post this on the right place)

If you already had a colored name sometimes it will simply get rid of the previous color without adding the new one. Try again. You should not have been charged if it only took away the previous color.

actually it did, if u check the purchased history on colored names, it says there i paid 600+ points but it didnt say any color.. & im not sure if i use the right color code.. black is 000000 right??

actually it should be #000000 i think. That may be your problem.

Yup. I'm pretty sure you do if you are not spelling the color name out like "black".

crap, wasted 600+ points... so if im gonna purchse again i can just put the color name black ?? well thnx alot sinner
