i looking forward to making a fire arrow/cold arrow zon if anyone knows the equip and stats they would be greatly appreciated.

I know this,this would be easy!
Get a Windforce or a Brand matron or Faith matron or edge matron or fortitude matron and stuff like that!In my way,I suggest either use fire or cold!
Stats:
STR:Enough for gear
Dex:Enough for gear(I guess 100-150,but not too much)
VIT:Rest
Energy:Base
Skills:
If fire,then max all fire skills,if cold,max all cold skills!Max dodge too,this saves ur life!

If you're going for Ice, get an Ice Grand Matron Bow, otherwise a Faith will be your best bet. As for skills, DO NOT MAX ANY OF THE DODGING SKILLS. With their diminishing returns you'll just waste precious skill points. You need Attack Rating, so max Penetrate.

O!So do not max DODGE?Cos like every single friend of mine max dodge!=_="I think sometimes,we really need some experts here to figure out problems!

1 point cold arrow
20-penetrate
5-6 pierce
5-in each dodge skill
leaves with 8 or 9 points and someone told my dex should be 200 at the least and health whatever rest

yea you gotta put more dex then that. it should be around 200-250
