New set

I want to make new items for a new set but i'm not sure if it's possible to create or edit items to make a new set. I don't care if it would only be allowed in open bnet and single player i just want this new set.

Set Name: Bartuc's Legacy

Partial Set Bonuses
+100 defence (2 items)
+2 to all atributes (3 items)
+15% to all resists (3 items)
Full Set Bonus
+200 defence
+15 to Blood Golem
+10 to Revive
+10 to Energy Shield
+50 to all resists
+20 to all attributes
20% life stolen per hit
+6 to mana per kill
+2 to all skills

Body Armour: Blood Plate Cuirass
+200% to defence
+10% to all resists

Um.... I dont think all this was the point of the thread, and if it is then its in the wrong forum.
but use hero editor, go to general antributes, and there is a thing that says set majic, play around with that.

ill admit that an archangel is better than a super demon but as you said that set would be very expensive

btw is there something you can use to edit your own items

what about runewords like hoto and enigma? it would be the best set out there though, and pally's don't really have a great set.

Dyna, why would the partial set give more bonus to attribute (40), than the full set (20)?

You could always check out this big Hero Editor FAQ here: http://www.d2sector.net/forums/showthread.php?t=2147 (its in one of the stickies in the 'bots and editors' section here), and also once you get a basic grab of hero's editor, you can kind of mess around with an item yourself and create your dream set (but make sure you know basically know what you're doing, and make sure that it won't like wipe out anything important). good luck.
