help with maphack

I downloaded the cracked maphack from this site. It works and all, but I was just wondering how to look at people's items? Because I know that is one of the mods. if anyone could tell me how (because I can't seem to figure it out), that would be nice.

To look at another players items, highlight them (like when your going to trade) and hit the Zero key.
