is it usefull to reach the last breakpoint ( 142% ) on a fire sorc or the 86% is good enough ?

ru pvm or pvp if pvp its ok but pvm u dont need to invest as much

no not as much but play in duels and if you get hit alot and cant tele away then shael it if ur good then rbf it
