if thats a circlet and it has +3 to p&b+20% fcr resistances and two sockets, its worth a shitload. most people pay a ton for a 1 soc one, two is very high priced

a circlet can only get plus two to skills rite and if its rare. If its a wand then its ok. maybe a two or three high runes
