How to ground myself

I just got my new computer parts. Sadly, I don't have a grounding wrist-strap. I heard I can just ground myself by touching the unpainted metal part of my case (which is new also.) Would this work? I don't wanna mess up my expensive new motherboard.

And I'm in no position to be able to go out and buy one tonight. Help?
