Question about Barb warcries

I got a question. How come I dont see many barbs dual wielding CTAs on secondary mode? I know thats a bit expensive (>3 for both) but wouldn't it do so much more for your barb?

Cos if ur using a barb,u must have maxed all the necessary bo!So they don't need CTA!And they can make they're build cheaper!

CTA is capped at +3 at each on barbs... Thats why...:confused:

if a skill is for a certain class such as bonespirit only for necro thenthey can only get +3 to it but if a weapon gave +5 the necro would only get +3 while everyone else would get +5. A barb with dual cta would get +12 to bo but since he already has bo then it would be registered only as +3 to bo even if no points are in it. If a paladin could dual wield then he would get plus 12 and then that would be a horror wouldn''t it? If it says +6 to bo for everyone barbsd wopuld only get +3 while everyone would get the + 6.

cta=capped at 3, +1 the 1 to all skills on cta gives u a bo of 4 for each cta. hoto,on the other hand does +3 to all, meaning with two hotos u get more shout and defense, but with 2 ctas u get more life.
