Does anyone here like Hellsing? Personally, it is my favorite, and they are coming out with a new series!

I love Hellsing. No my favorite but still really good. Did not know they were making another series though. Should be interesting.

i hear that the hellsing anime is in the middle of the story line of the manga. I think they should recap and do the beginning instead of just going forward. I wanna c walter the angel of death when he was younger. I heard a rumor that they fight nazis in the manga but i'm not sure on that. Has anyone here ever read the manga or not?

The new Hellsing OVA is called Hellsing Ultimate, and unlike the anime tv series, it is based directly on the manga, meaning it will have some of Hellsing's popular dark humor in it, and follow the storyline of the manga as well, with the Millenium Group, the Nazi's, all that. I personally like the manga over the anime, the anime was just too serious for my tastes, Anderson was turned into a psycho and Incognito sucked.

I don't quite understand what you mean by that, but Hellsing Ultimate is a completely new OVA series, and it's not out yet, so you can't download it.

Anderson is a totally different person in the manga, he's more noble and honorable, and even develop's some respect for Seras and Integra. Not to mention he is more contempt on saving lives, especially children.

The anime though, he's just a psycho killing machine, but in the manga, there is alot more to him than meets the eye. There's even some speculation that Anderson might be Abraham Van Helsing - Dracula's true rival. Alucard and Anderson have been deathlocked in quite a battle as of late, and it's really something else.

Well I havent had the pleaseure of reading all the manga, only up to 6, and he sure doesnt seem all to sane to me. But that could change later on.
