yes mana potting is allowed, and tuna if this sorc had frosties she wouldnt reach the fcr bp

I have no experience with Blizzard Sorceresses, but if you solely rely on Bluzzard then you don't need any Faster Cast Rate at all, there's a 45 frame casting delay on Blizzard and a Sorceress with no equipment has a casting rate of 13 frames.

However, you'll obviously teleport faster with a higher cast rate, and you'll get a damage boost to your Blizzard as well.

15k is dmg shown or actual dmg after reducing -res and stuffs?

15 is actuall.. if i added mastery in it would be 15k x 3.5 or 52000 blizz dmg... u need teleport to tele faster then people in pvp.

i made this exact sorc ahwile ago except with 4 12% charms and 2 with life others are just cold, on ladder and she owns, blizz is tricky to get used to though, and trust me whatever anyone says u do need to hit the 105% fcr bp, tele is extremely important with a blizz sorc, without atleast 105% you will get owned by trappers zons and other sorces. but if ur rich enough this char is very hard to beat in the hands of a good dueler.
