Yeh u can try checking out here: http://xbox360.ign.com/articles/608/6083...?fromint=1 this is from the Xbox 360 section of ign.com; it says something like the core package might be around $299, but then a more comprehensive package could be around $500.

Yeah, gamespots good too, and there's going to be gold+silver versions I think. I'm not sure what you get with gold, but i would probably think it would have to be something big to cost 200 extra dollars. I also heard that Silver will include xbox live for free.

The Gold and Silver are the different X-Box Live services they will offer. Silver is free and will come with every X-Box 360, it will include: Free voice chat (Even while on single player games or playing LAN), free profile, downloads (Demos, videos, music, etc...), and I'm sure there are thigns I'm missing but that's pretty much what you get. Gold will be the one you have to pay for, no clue as to the price, but you will need to pay in order to actually host and join online games so only Gold can get you into online gaming.

Also the current X-Box has a processor speed of 933 MHZ I believe. The new one should be sporting around 2 GHZ I think, could be wrong of course. The 360 will also have 512 MB of RAM, gonna be handy, and a new ATI card made just for the system. According to the article I read on Penny-Arcade you really don't fully understand how good the graphics are till you've seen them in motion.

Also I've heard rumor that Rockstar is going to start working with Microsoft, dunno if they mean exclusively, but if this is true expect the next GTA, not counting the PSP version, to hit the X-Box 360 before it hits the PS3.

If you have gold you get anything anyway, why would they make it so you can't download anything but play online?

I think the free xbox live will attract a lot of customers to buy the Xbox 360. I mean who doesn't like something that is free in this world???

It's not free online gaming unless you can actually join a game Silver is just a simple tool to get the weak minded to think that it is free.

Yeah I found out that silver is free but only to download stuff, not to play online.
