its in act1, i think its one of the places with the highest level monsters, therefor it can drop good stuff outside of the outter cloister, "The Pit" i believe is one of the places with the highest level monsters

Just take outter cloister tp and backtrack a bit and you'll find it.

Yeah its in tamoe highlands and looks like den of evil etc. U can find some pretty good shit in there, especially charms+amulets, i found lots of skillers and 7mf scs and +3to skills amulets in there
