Help With Set Items

hey i was just wonderin when u download the complete sets.. can u actually transfer them to your characters or is it just for you to know it's out there?? well if there is a way of transfering them to your character please tell me because i would like to know.. thank you

Heres some help with set items:

if you are on open; sell lots of them to charsi and hope you gamble a cool diadem.
If you are on closed; wait for some silly noob to offer a decent rune for the gear.

sorry kid, but set items preform an oral vaccum on sour, fungus infected donkey genitals. the sooner you realize this, the better off youll be. The next time i get hostiled by some noob that thinks IK is the biz-nizzity-biz-omb and I get upset because of my small weenie size and i have to spank his school skipping arse with a barb mule wielding a 1os wirts leg with an el rune innit im going to let my insides out with a rusty hedge trimmer.

well yeah i already know that stuff.. i jus needed to know if you can transfer the set items i downloaded from this site to my character.. if you can please post one.. thanx!

You need to download an editor, preferably Udie2 or Hero editor (you can find them in the download section on the site).

I use Udie2 and its brill, good GUI.

In it, simply choose your character, right click in your inventory and choose 'import item'.

Find the folder where you downloaded the sets to and choose the items.

It should then bring them up. Save it under the the 'file' tab and voila!

You can also change your character stats and skills.

Use the hero editor in the download section, and I have no idea what digi was talking about

What version of Hero Editor do you have, if I may ask?

I use Hero Editor 0.80, and I can import 1.10 items, and if I want to import a 1.09 or earlier bugged item, it will not allow it, maybe you have to download other item sets

i have Hero Editor v80 but i believe it is the items that i downloaded.. it says it does not read it as a v1.10 diablo II item.. but the other items i downloaded i have no problem getting it on hero editor
