I've read some of the builds of psn nova necros through the forums...but im sensed w/ mixed signals of the SKILLS & STATS. This is what I've put together so far...
GEAR:
-22020 circ
-322 df
-bramble and enigma
-eth treks (trying to get imps)
-spider
-fcr ring and soj
-trang gloves
-dweb w/ 55
-maras (trying to get gheart)
SKILLS:
max psn dagger, explosion, nova
1 to lower resist (why do i need curses? )
1 to fire golem (holy fire will help weaken enemy aftr massive dmg from p.nova)
1 to golem mastery (not sure)
???? then i dont know what other skills?!?
do i put any in bone armor??
STATS:
enough str for nigma
enough dex for gear.
rest into vit?
do i put any in energy? ( or shud i put 3 in to vit and 2 into energy after putting enough str and dex since i have no hoto or reg mana )
PLEASE HELP!!!!!

This character is for PVP, but if u kno any variations for hybrid of pvp n pvm or just pvm, tell me plzzzz kthx

Strenght: Enought for gear
Dexterity: Enough for gear
Vitality: Rest
Energy: 0 if you plan 1on1 PvP, or 100 if you plan Multiple PvP
Skills:
20 Poison Nova (main attack)
20 Poison Dagger (syn-energy)
20 Poison Explotion (syn-energy)
1 Bone Armor (glitz)
1 Fire Golem (Hes aura kills people when their hp is 1)
1 Sumon Resist (so he can take weak elemental attacks)
16 (with skill+items) Lower Resist (Lower all resist of the enemy. Removes Immunitys. Effective in PvP and PvM)
If you get any higher leel, then put points into firegolem to increase the aura rane and damage.
Gear:
Helm:
Shako socket with with +?%/-5% death psn facet
Weapon:
Death Web socket with +?%/-5% death psn facet
Shield:
Trang Ouls socket with +?%/-5% death psn facet
Armor:
Enigma Breast Plate
Gloves:
Trang Ouls

Marrowwalk (glitz)

1 Annihilus (for people who got it)
9* 5% resist small charms (*10 for people who cant get annihilus)

Sir,
In regards to death web, i think you have to hit the opponent or something before the poison resistance is deducted, not too sure about that though.
You could try Heart of The Oak for the extra bonuses besides the Web.
Just my opinion, do have a nice day.

I understand your conserns, but if it was not for the -resist, there would almost be no point in using a poison necro. Its like using a summoner necro without summon resist.
Lower resist goes to around -65%, 3 trang part makes trang shield give -25% and death web gives -40-50%. Also there is rainbow facets playing parts. The -% resist is also so the aura damage of the firegolem will work better (even though it low).
When it comes to HotO its prefered for bone necromancers or summon necromancers. I can understand why you would think it would be good for Poison necros too. However, if you aint got Deat Web, then you can use the HotO since it have skill and resist.

- psn resistance comes into play when psn nova hits a person. but i do think a person must have enough speed to be able to catch people so maybe get some more fcr items.

Circlet with necro skill and FCR is a good helm alternative, BCR boots/rings and amulets can also be used.

well i know for certain im not using lower res...but the gear i posted.
just wondering about the skills right now.
-max the psn stuff
-why am i using glitch? i thought thats for bone necros?
-at the end, do i max lower res, golem mastery or fire golem???

Max the poison stuff is the most important thing for sure to max. Firegolem is just so you got an aura to finnish off your victims with. I strongly advice to set at least 1 point in lower resist in an early stage and let skill+ items get it high.
About the glitz. It provides level 33 syn-energy to all who gets syn-energy from bone prision. Bone Armor does this.

mmk thx keitaro... just to clarify.. im going to:
MAX-psn dagger, explosion, and nova
? to lower res
1 to firegolem
1 to golem mastery
1 to bone armor
ARGH im slow, laff. can u tell me what exactly im going to put my stats to and wut to max out first then put the rest into after?
im confused after maxing the psn stuff, 1 to bone armor, 1 to fire golem, 1 to lower res, 1 to golem mastery, shud do i max fire golem or lower res? which is more useful!??!

Use 1 extra skillpoint in summon resist. It will give your firegolem about 60 resist all with skill+ items.

ok i think im pretty clear now on skills for my psn nova necro.
people been telling me they're awesome and do a lot of dmg to get the opponent's hp to 1. But they said it cant do final blow??? is this some kind of flaw or cant i jus psn nova the person 2wice n there dead... yea can anyone "clarify" that?

Your poison damage will bring players (not monsters) down to 1 hitpoint if your poison damage is strong enough. You have to hit them again when they have 1 hp to kill them with your nova damage. Therefor people found in smart to use the firegolems aura to take off the last 1 hp. The aura damage will attack 1 time every 2 sec.

A poison necromancer could be one of the greatest PVM+PVP character!This guy can kill monsters easily,and kill other players easily too!So that's y I'm posting this guide!
STAT POINTS destribution:
Strength:
This stat is not really important!Juz add enough to use ur stuff!So juz don't put too much here,cos it pretty wastes ur points~
Dexterity:
Add some here to get better blocking,not too much!Around 60-100 is enough!
Vitality:
All the rest goes here!If u put more here,then u get higher life!
Energy:
Base!Never touch this stat!
SKILL POINTS distribution:
max the following skills:
poison dagger
poison explosion
poison nova
lower resist(U can kill stuff more easily with this)
put some points in the following:
clay Golem(max this if u like,this is really a tank in hell lvl,cos it kills poison immunes)
golem mastery(makes ur golem strong,max if u like)
summon resist(for ur golem's resists)
bone armour(juz helps u abit)
Items:
Armour:
Bramble archon plate/dusk shround
(Gives u extra damge for poison,and also gives u a life saving thorns aura)
Enigma
(Gives u +2 skills and tele,and other stuff that really improves ur necro)
Skin of Vipermagi
(With resistances and add skills,pretty good)

Harlequin Crest socketed with -5/5 poison facet
(Add skills and mana and life combined with poison facet is godly)

(A pretty good choice)
A nice rare circlet with +skills/reisitances/faster casting rate
(A really good choice)

(Good if ur using 3 trang items for -enemy poison resisitance bonus)

PVP strategies:
Necromancer:
Bonemancer:Juz run towards him,cast lower resist on him,then nove him!He'll die in about 1 or 2 hits
Summoner:Juz lower resist him and his meat shields,then nova him and his meat shields,then he'll die quickly
Poisonmancer:Juz lower resist him and get ur golem to be ur meat shield,resummon him when he dies,try to get something to make him frozen,so u can kill him faster,or use enigma
Paladin:
Chrager:Juz lower resist him and try to run out of the way so he could hit ur golem,when he hits ur golem,nova him
Freezot:Get ur Raven Frost,then no problem,juz lower resist him,then nova him
Zealot:Try to get him out of ur way,then lower resist him,then nova him
Fist of Heaven Paladin:Get ur Thundergods,then lower resist him,nova then done
Hammerdin:This might be abit freaky,but lower resist him,then nova him,but don't let him hit u
Dreamer:Go get ur Thundergods,then get him out of ur way,lower resist him,then nova him
Dragoner:This would be abit harder,cos u gotta run out of his fire,so run as far as u can,lower resist him,then nova him

Lightning Trapper:Go get ur Thundergod's then lower resist and nova him,but always run around cos he got mind blast

I find it amusing, that for most of your PvP tips, it' basically, don't go near your opponent, cast lower resist, and then.. cast your poison novas like mad. That about it right?

yeah so people dont have to read each comment, basically lower resist and tele away cast your fire golem and nova when your opponent is in range. btw use a fire golem for pvp since psn doesnt actually kill people in pvp, it only brings you down to 1 health. and vs a foher try casting the sage if you have hoto since with your golem +sage you only have a 33% chance to get hit each time.

Actually,I can say,u should max strength first so u can have part of the items available,then dex~I always max strength first~
